We are glad to see so many Black Women Business Owners out there stepping out and starting business. It made the committee choice hard because we could only pick one.
Or so we thought.
Thanks to the hard work of our Founder and the support of the Buy from a Black Woman Community, The Black Woman Business Grant Committee is happy to announce that we will be awarded three different Black Woman Business Grants to three Black Women Business Owner.

The 2019 Black Woman Business Grant Recipient is awarded to Francis Shevell
Sassy Cones. An artisan waffle cone business whose mission is to provide a quality cone with a flavorful twist in every bite.
The 2019 Black Woman Business Project Grant Recipient is awarded to Dominique Mack of Soul Work RX Women’s Retreat to help curate wellness experiences for women of color at the intersection of womanhood and spirituality.
The 2019 Black Woman Business Web Business Grant Recipient is awarded to of Lola Pyne of Oasis Soul Scent Co. A Candles & scented good company inspired by soulful music.
We want to thank all of the Black Women who applied this year. It was a tough choice with so many amazing Black Women Business being created everyday. We have a special gift that we will be sending directly to each Black Woman who applied to help her grow her business.
