The Black Woman Relief Fund

In April 2020, Buy From a Black Woman administered a survey to check in on the community during the pandemic. What we learned is that over half of the businesses surveyed have seen their net income go down.

While Black Women are no strangers when it comes to creating adaptive strategies on ways to pivot their business, we understand that sometimes that might not be enough.

So we are offering some relief.

The Black Woman Relief Fund will help aid 15 Black Women Business Owners. This is financial resource provided by Buy From a Black Woman to help provided relief to Black Women Business Owners who have been impacted by COVID-19.

The fund is opened to Black Women Businesses that are owned and operate in the U.S. and its territories. Businesses must be in operation for two years+, in good standing and incorporated as a legal entity. Owners must and be able to demonstrate that the COVID-19 pandemic is causing hardship. Non-profits are not eligible to apply.
